Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what estimate she has made of the average time between applying for and the issue of passports for residents of (a) Airdrie and Shotts constituency, (b) Lanarkshire, (c) Scotland and (d) the UK in (i) 2009, (ii) 2010, (iii) 2011, (iv) 2012, (v) 2013 and (vi) 2014 to date.
