To ask the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change, what assessment he has made of the Net Present Value to 2030 of the Capacity Market in a scenario in which the Value of Loss of Load is taken at £10,000/MWh.

The estimated net present value to 2030 of the Capacity Market in a scenario in which the Value of Lost Load is £10,000/MWh is £31m.
