Question to the Department for Education:

To ask the Secretary of State for Education, how many primary schools in (a) England and (b) Birmingham are taking part in the Challenge the Gap scheme.

In its first two years, the Challenge the Gap programme has reached 150 schools, of which 84 are primary schools. 16 schools in Birmingham are involved in the programme, 11 of which are primary schools.
