To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what recent discussions his Department has held with local authorities on equality of access to tender processes for new bus fleets.

No recent discussions have been had between my Department and local authorities on equality of access to tender processes for new bus fleets but if the hon member has specific concerns, I would be happy to look into them.
