Question to the Home Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how many female victims of (a) grevious bodily harm and (b) actual bodily harm there were (i) of each age and (ii) in each ward in the latest year for which figures are available.
The information requested is not available from the police recorded data
collected by the Home Office. Whilst statistics are held on the number of
recorded offences of grievous bodily harm and actual bodily harm,
it is not possible to identify either the gender or the age of the victim from
the aggregate returns.
In addition, recorded crime data is not available at ward level.
