Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:
To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, how many appeals to the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman relating to the (a) Child Support Agency and (b) Child Maintenance Service have been upheld in each of the last 10 years.

The Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO) is independent of Government and has agreed to write to the Hon. Member with the relevant information.
