HMRC estimates that the costs to the end of March 2019 will be:

  1. £4.8m on new technologies relating to EU Exit through the Policy Driven Change Programme.

  2. £120m on Customs IT systems for EU Exit preparations. This includes the customs related systems which will need to operate at the border in the event of a no deal outcome with the EU.
