Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health, further to the Answer of 17 June 2014, Official Report, columns 566-7W, on NHS: intellectual property, whether the Innovation, Health and Wealth board will publish the review of NHS intellectual property before 23 July 2014.

NHS England has advised that its review of NHS intellectual property has not yet been completed.
