Question to the HM Treasury:

To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, what assessment he has made of the (a) compliance and (b) performance of Mapeley STEPS Contractor Limited following HM Revenue and Custom's last audit of such compliance and performance of Mapeley STEPS Contractor Limited in respect of the Annual PM Schedule under 17.1(a) of the Private Finance Initiative contract between HM Revenue and Customs and Mapeley STEPS Contractor Limited.
