The Wales Office is committed to providing its staff with at least five days a year of learning and development, as set out in the Civil Service Capabilities Plan. Most professional development courses are supplied by Civil Service Learning (CSL). The cost of each course is dependent on a number of factors, including the type of training provided and the duration of the course.

The Department spent £10,709 on training in 2013-14.
