Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what assessment his Department has made of recent research findings published by Newcastle University which indicate that use of ibuprofen may retard premature ageing and the development of diabetes and dementia.

The Department has made no assessment of these research findings.
