Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what his timescale is for Public Health England's assessment of the effectiveness of minimum unit pricing in Scotland.

The timescale for any assessment of the effectiveness of minimum unit pricing in Scotland will be driven by the availability of robust empirical evidence from its implementation.
