Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, if he plans to publish an alcohol workforce strategy to accompany the alcohol strategy.
This question was answered on 11th January 2019
The Department of Health and Social Care and Home Office officials are continuing to hold discussions on the development of a new joint alcohol strategy and further announcements will be made in due course. There are no plans at this stage to publish an alcohol workforce strategy alongside it.
