Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, for what reason people who have received letters from Sussex Police about alleged incidents within the remit of Operation Crackdown are advised that subject access requests under section 7 of the Data Protection Act are redundant.

The Home Office does not hold the information requested. Sussex Safer Roads
Partnership receives no direct funding, or contributions from the Government.
Operation Crackdown is a local police initiative and the Government has no
involvement in measuring its effectiveness.
