Question to the HM Treasury:
To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer, what recent discussions he has had with the Secretary of State for Exiting the European Union on the potential effect on the UK economy of the EU Withdrawal Agreement.
The Chancellor has regular discussions with his colleagues on a wide range of issues relating to the UK's withdrawal from the EU. The Government has published a detailed set of economic analysis on the long-term impacts of EU exit on the UK economy, its sectors, nations and regions and the public finances. The Government’s analysis shows that our deal is the best deal available for jobs and our economy that allows us to honour the referendum and realise the opportunities of Brexit.
