Homes England’s remit is to intervene in the market to ensure more homes are built in areas of greatest need, to improve affordability and to make this sustainable by creating a more resilient and diverse housing market. Homes England manage the Estate Regeneration fund including £290 million of recoverable loan finance and are responsible for delivery across the country including London. Their responsibilities include providing support to prospective applicants, assessing bids and managing approved projects as they progress.
