Since 2010 the Government Equalities Office (GEO) has not let any contracts between £1 million and £3million and does not have any current plans to do so. The GEO has only let one contract over £3million since 2010 and does not have any current plans of further contracts of this value. Monitoring of the contract, which is in relation to the Equalities Advisory Support Service, is undertaken alongside other duties by a small team of officials; there is no resource or budget solely for the monitoring of this contract.
