Question to the Home Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what assessment she has made of the efficacy of scooter safety schemes run by police forces for mobile scooter users.

No assessment has been made of the effectiveness of mobile scooter safety
schemes run by police forces. This is an operational matter for chief officers
of police. Relevant guidance is also set out in the Highway Code.
