To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, where in the public domain the Northern Regional Health Authority report of October 1988 entitled, Action Taken Following the Report of the Judicial Inquiry into Child Abuse in Cleveland may be found; if she will place a copy of this document in the Library; and if she will make a statement.
