Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, how many claimants of disability living allowance (DLA) have failed to make a claim for personal independence payment within the 28-day claim period notice after receiving a letter from his Department in each month since October 2013; and how many such claimants also failed to register a claim during the subsequent 28-day extension period during which their DLA payments were suspended.
