Question to the Department for Energy Security & Net Zero:

To ask the Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero, with reference to pages 157-161 of Volume 2-I of the Government response to the Humble Address on Lord Mandelson, whether her Department holds information on which client Global Counsel was representing when the company lobbied Ministers on a Clean Energy Mission Round table.

No such information is held. I refer the Hon Member to the Government’s statement and release of information on 1st June, providing an update on the response to the Humble Address. The documents published in the first and second tranches contain the entirety of the documents the Government has available for disclosure, except those being withheld at the request of the Metropolitan police.
