To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, pursuant to the answer of 13 July 2026, to Question 15714, on Lord Mandelson, whether the people in Cabinet Office and No10 who were informed about the Mandelson exit payment proposal were Ministers.
