Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, pursuant to the answer of 30 June 2026, to Question 11403, on MHCLG: Public Consultation, what his Department's policy is on whether written representations to its consultations and calls for evidence from an individual or organisation subject to a FCDO policy of non-engagement are (a) considered or (b) not considered.

Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office follows the Government's code of practice on consultations. Submissions are considered on a case by case basis.
