Question to the Department for Transport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what assessment he has made of the potential merits of widening the A12 north of Marks Tey.
This question was answered on 16th January 2019
As part of the current Road Investment Strategy, Highways England are developing a scheme to widen the A12 between Junctions 25 and 29. This will be considered against other strategic road priorities in the area as the Department make investment decisions. The Government expects to publish the second Road Investment Strategy in late 2019.
