Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:
To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, when he next plans to review his policy on permitted development rights.

We keep permitted development rights under review and are currently consulting on a package of new national permitted development rights to support the high street and deliver more homes.
