To ask the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change, if he will ensure that trade unions representing workers in the offshore oil and gas sector are included in official discussions about (a) establishing and (b) the regulatory powers of the Oil and Gas Authority recommended by the Wood Review.

We will ensure discussions on the establishment and regulatory powers of the Oil and Gas Authority take place with interested parties as policy develops.
