To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills, what estimate he has made of the proportion of (a) intermediate, (b) advanced and (c) higher level apprenticeships starts taken up by people aged 25 and under in (i) 2009-10, (ii) 2010-11, (iii) 2011-12 and (iv) 2012-13.
