Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:
To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, how many times the UK has lost EU infraction proceedings since May 2010 which relate to matters that fall within his Department's responsibility.
This question was answered on 1st September 2014
The UK has never been fined for an infraction.
