Question to the Wales Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Wales, if he will review his departmental estate in order to reduce costs; and if he will make a statement.

The Wales Office takes every opportunity to maximise the use of the estate and reduce running costs. We lease office space in Cardiff in a modern energy efficient building, and starting in 2013-14 we leased space in our London office to provide us with an income which reduces our running costs.
