Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, on what grounds Pro-Force Limited was investigated by the then Gangmasters Licensing Authority in 2015; and what the outcome was of that investigation.

The Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority (GLAA) only discloses information about its investigations, or those of the former Gangmasters Licencing Authority (GLA), where these result in prosecution or another notifiable outcome.
