Question to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs:

To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, what discussions she has had with the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government on the development of the Government's 25 year plan for the environment.

Defra Ministers and officials are working closely with other Government departments that influence the health and management of our environment, including the Department for Communities and Local Government, on the development of the framework for the 25 year Environment Plan. The framework is due for publication in spring 2016.
