Question to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs:
To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, how many prosecutions there have been in England and Wales in the last five years for failure to comply with the collar and tag requirements in the Control of Dogs Order 1992.

Defendants proceeded against at magistrates' court for offences under the Control of Dogs Order 1992 in England and Wales from 2009 to 2013 (latest available) can be viewed in the attached table.
