Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, pursuant to the answer of 9 July 2026, to Question 15410, on Members: Correspondence, through what mechanisms can Hon Members raise a formal complaint about actions of the Department, and whether there is a Complaints Procedure other than that for the consular service.

If the Honourable Member wishes to submit a general policy or departmental complaint, they should do so by sending their enquiry directly to [email protected]. This is set out on the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) Complaints procedure page on the gov.uk webpage and is separate from the Consular Service Complaints procedure.
