Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, whether it is his policy to encourage NHS employers to reimburse the £65 application fee for staff who need to apply to the EU Settlement Scheme.

Following on from the Prime Minister’s announcement yesterday, as of 30 March 2019, EU nationals who apply for settled or pre-settled status under the EU Settlement Scheme will no longer have to pay to make an application.
