Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, with reference to her Department's document entitled Candidate declaration form, Expressions of interest in relation to UK/EU trade and cooperation agreement arbitrators, published on 1 April 2021, what significant political activity was declared by each expert panellist appointed since July 2024.

Political activity is special category data under the UK General Data Protection Regulations and therefore cannot be disclosed without the individuals’ consent or another lawful basis.
