Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, whether his Department has had discussions with Matthew Hancock on the copyright and ownership of electronic messages held on non-corporate devices relating to official government business from his time as Health Secretary.

Under this government, the Cabinet Office has not had discussions with Matthew Hancock on this issue.
