To ask the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change, what discussions he has had with (a) the Health and Safety Executive, (b) offshore trade unions and (c) Oil and Gas UK on accommodation standards for offshore oil and gas workers on installations in the North Sea.

I have had no such discussions.
