Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, with reference to the answer of 31 March 2026 to Question 113783 on Cabinet Office: Reviews, whether the Propriety and Ethics Team took a preliminary view on whether the Ministerial Code was broken before the matter was referred.

I refer the Hon Member to the response given to the Rt Hon Member of Hayes and Harlington’s point of order on 23 February (Column 40).
