Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, pursuant to the Answer of 7 April 2014, Official Report, column 112W, what progress has been made on the review by an expert panel of the UK's response to new psychoactive substances announced on 12 December 2013.

I am currently considering the expert panel's report on the new psychoactive substances review with the Home Secretary, together with other relevant Government departments and thier executive agencies. The Government will respond to the expert panel's report and its recommendations shortly.
