To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, whether his Department has made payments to Sanctuary Counsel as grants.

There is no procurement reference number as the total contract was not published. There are no live contracts with Sanctuary Counsel. No payments for the Soft Power Review were made as grants.
