Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, pursuant to the answer of 8 July 2026, to Question HL1547, and of 15 September 2025, to Question 73327, on Alan Milburn, if he will list the departmental businesses relating to the (a) clients and (b) investments held by Alan Milburn where mitigations have been agreed, such that Mr Milburn must recuse himself from involvement in such matters, other than the recusal from NHS dentistry stated in the answer to Question 73327.

I refer the Hon Member to the answer provided on 21 July 2026 in response to Question HL2137.
