Question to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs:

To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, what recent assessment she has made of the incidence of myxomatosis in Britain; what change there has been in such levels in the last five years; and if she will make a statement.

Myxomatosis is not a notifiable disease. The Government has not, therefore, made any assessments of its incidence recently or in the last five years.
