To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills, when he plans to publish draft regulations for the proposed changes to disabled students allowance; and for how long a consultation on such changes will run.

We expect to publish the draft regulations. Discussions with stakeholders, students and their representatives were held over the summer.
