To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills, what guidance he has issued on how the amended Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 should comply with Directive 2011/7/EU in helping to combat late payments in commercial transactions.

The Government issued guidance accompanying the statutory instrument (2013 no. 395) implementing the Late Payment Directive (2011/7/EU).
