Directly Operated Railways (DOR) has incurred mobilisation costs in respect of two rail franchises since 6 May 2010. These are as follows:

2012/13 – InterCity West Coast - £1,020,000

2013/14 – Greater Western - £787,000

Prior to 2010 DOR also incurred mobilisation costs of £5.6 million with respect to the failure of the InterCity East Coast franchise in 2009.
