To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, if he will take steps to ensure that people in part-time work who are still claiming jobseeker's allowance are able to have flexibility in relation to their sign-on date and time.

Claimants with a part time job are still required to be available for and actively seeking work as it is important to ensure that they do not miss out on the opportunities available through the Jobcentre. If required, Work Coaches can agree a different signing on time and day in order to accommodate the claimant’s work pattern.
