Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, how many cases have been raised with the Procurement Review Service broken down by (a) contracting authority and (b) contractor in each year since that service was established.

The Public Procurement Review Service allows government suppliers and potential government suppliers to raise concerns anonymously about potentially poor public sector procurement practice. It would be inappropriate for us to publically name contractors/suppliers that have raised the concern.

All case results (including the contracting authority in scope) are published on Gov.UK at the following link: https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/mystery-shopper-results

No contracting authority has submitted a case for review to the service, all cases are from government suppliers, potential government suppliers and third parties.
