Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, further to the Answer of 16 September 2025, to Question HL10121, on Passports: Sex, whether any changes will be made to HM Passport Office's policy in light of the Supreme Court judgement of April 2025 on biological sex.
