Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, whether equality, diversity and inclusion managers are included in the Skilled Worker immigration route.

Occupations skilled to RQF 6 (graduate level) are eligible for the Skilled Worker route, providing other requirements (such as sponsorship and salary) are met. These occupations include Standard Occupational Classification (SOC) code 1136, “Human resource managers and directors”, which could include equality, diversity and inclusion managers.
