To ask the Secretary of State for Education, what guidance her Department issues to kitchen staff in schools on steps to prevent food-related illnesses.

The Department for Education does not issue guidance to kitchen staff in schools on steps to prevent food related illnesses. The Food Standards Agency is responsible for food safety and hygiene across the UK.
